When a death has occurred, call us as soon as possible. We will ask you a few questions such as the name and address of the person who died, where the death took place, and the name of the attending Doctor and Next-of-Kin. We are available to take your Loved One into our care at any time.

The online arrangement portal will guide you step by step through the arrangement process. If at any time you need assistance, we are available to help.
Step One. You need to decide from a few different options and supply some basic information about the deceased. Optionally, you may choose from a selection of merchandise such as cremation urns.
Step Two. You will see a summary of your selections and the associated charges. Please enter your contact information and if possible provide a digital photo of the decedent for identification purposes. We use a 3rd party secured payment provider to ensure your information is safe.
Step Three. This is where all the necessary biographical information is collected so that our Funeral Directors can obtain the required authorizations, permits, and create the death certificate available online through www.VitalChek.com Finally, the Cremation Authorization form most be filled out and signed by the legal next of kin.
As the paperwork is being verified and processed, we may contact you for additional or missing information and to arrange a time for release of the cremated remains.
